At Blendtec, we stand behind the quality of our blenders and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the product price.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via phone or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and verify your eligibility.

  Pack Your Blender

  Securely pack your item in its original packaging, including all jars, lids, and manuals to ensure the product is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated service center using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
